Introduction & Client Consultation
At SA2NL Recruitment, the client is at the heart of everything we do. If we haven’t previously worked with a particular organization or department, we schedule a personal introduction meeting. ​
During this session, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and the department with the vacancy. We strive to fully understand the role’s requirements and the ideal candidate profile. ​
Whenever possible, we prefer to meet with both the HR manager and the department manager responsible for the vacancy to ensure a well-rounded perspective.

STEP 2
Defining the Company & Job Profile
Based on the information provided, we create a detailed company and job profile. This document is reviewed and approved by the client before it is used to inform potential candidates.
​Once suitable candidates have been identified and invited for an interview, we offer comprehensive guidance throughout the entire selection process. Maintaining transparent and honest communication between both parties is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment journey.

STEP 3
Candidate Sourcing & Approach
We conduct a market scan based on the agreed company and job profile and proactively reach out to potential candidates. This is done through various channels, including:

Selection Process

Candidate Presentation
We present the best-matching candidate based on both competency requirements and company culture, accompanied by a detailed motivation.
If the client desires, we can involve recognized, independent assessment agencies for additional tests and evaluations. We have strong partnerships with these agencies to ensure objective and reliable assessments.
